The hope is that it helps you get an idea of what you should budget depending on your flooring needs. Keep in mind our pricing includes removal and installation!

Carpet Pricing:

  • Scenario #1

    I’m selling my house or I’ll be renting this home. A typical budget for this scenario would be from $3.00 - $5.00 per sq ft.

  • Scenario #2

    This is my first home and I’ll be living here less than 5 years. A typical budget for this scenario would be from $5.00 - $6.50 per sq ft.

  • Scenario #3

    I have a busy family, kids, pets, messy husband. We will be here for 10 years or more. A typical budget for this scenario would be from $6.50 - $8.50 per sq ft.

  • Scenario #4

    I love this home. We will be here for the rest of our lives. A typical budget for this scenario would be from $8.50 - $12.00 per sq ft.

  • Scenario #5

    I really like the Pattern Carpets - A typical budget for this scenario would be from $10.00 - $16.00 per sq ft. of carpet. This applies to a lot of the high-end brands' pattern carpets such as Kane which are common for stairways or accented rooms.
